By placing an order with Pearl Charm Creations, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & pricing

• ● All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
• ● We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock; you'll be notified if this happens.
• ● Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is received (or for COD, once confirmed).

Anti-tarnish guarantee

Our pieces are crafted to resist tarnish with everyday wear. Normal wear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered. Reasonable care (keep dry where possible, store in the pouch provided) keeps them at their best.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our 7-Day Return Policy, which requires a continuous, uncut parcel-opening video for any damage claim.
