Is your jewelry really anti-tarnish?+
Yes. Every piece is crafted with an anti-tarnish, water-resistant finish so it keeps its shine through daily wear — water, sweat, and perfume included. With reasonable care, your piece looks as beautiful on day 365 as it did on day one.
How should I care for my pieces?+
Our jewelry is made to be worn every day. To keep it at its best: avoid harsh chemicals and chlorine where you can, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and store it in the pouch or box it arrived in when not worn.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, credit & debit cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pincodes. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner — we never store your card or UPI details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes, COD is available at checkout for eligible pincodes. If COD isn't showing for your location, please use a prepaid method (UPI or card).
How much is shipping and is it free?+
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode, and we offer free shipping over a threshold (shown on the Shipping Policy page and in your cart). The amount you see at checkout is exactly what appears on your order confirmation.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically delivered in 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day return & exchange window. Important: damage claims are accepted only with a continuous, uncut parcel-opening video (at least 60 seconds, showing the shipping label and all four sides before opening). Full details are on our 7-Day Return Policy page.
How do I find my ring size?+
Measure a ring that already fits you and compare its inner diameter to a standard size chart, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Can I track my order?+
Yes — once your order ships you'll get tracking details, and you can always see your orders under My Orders.
