7-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Pearl Charm piece. If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery — provided the conditions below are met.
An uncut parcel-opening video is mandatory
Damage, missing-item, or wrong-item claims are accepted only with a continuous, unedited parcel-opening video. Without a valid video, no return or exchange can be processed.
- ● The video must be at least 60 seconds long.
- ● Clearly show the shipping label and all four sides of the sealed parcel before opening it.
- ● Record the entire opening in one continuous take — no cuts, pauses, edits, or breaks of any kind.
- ● Keep filming until the product and all packaging are fully revealed.
Eligible for return / exchange
- ● Item arrived damaged or broken (with a valid uncut opening video).
- ● Wrong item or wrong variant was delivered.
- ● A genuine manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Not eligible
- ● Any damage claim without a continuous, uncut opening video — this cannot be reviewed or accepted.
- ● Edited, trimmed, or paused videos.
- ● Change of mind after the 7-day window.
- ● Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
- ● Missing original packaging, tags, or the complimentary box.
How to raise a claim
- 1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- 2. Share the full, uncut parcel-opening video.
- 3. Our team reviews the video and confirms the resolution — repair, replacement, or refund — within 2–3 business days.
Note: Because every claim depends on the opening video, we strongly recommend filming it for every order. No exchange or return can be offered otherwise.
